"the casual dining was expensive and the limited time spent on the customer service and the immediate need to include a maximum predetermined tip percentage made the experience unsatisfactory. that was before I had received the bland uninteresting meal and generic single cup of coffee, with a minimal amount of options to the blend,or the accoutrements usually available in a coffeehouse. I was very surprised by this experience and was very hungry, but I couldn't taste the food and it was impossible to eat more than a few bites, so I left, only to be more famished than when I came in. I didn't write this review for vindication, I have to give an honest assessment of my experience and not in any way insult personally or professionally, and it would not necessarily prevent me from going back again, it's just about one of the numerous meals I have had and will have again, I just happened to write about this one, and I have worked up an appetite doing so..."
