"I came Here over the summer and had two of my students eat lunch for a group. We were seated right away. The server was attentive initially. We ordered two of the 2 slices and a soda special and one of the the students ordered something. From the time we ordered until we got our food was 45 minutes. The only time they ur server came back to us during that times was when we asked for our ticket before we got out food and boxes (as we were on a time crunch) When we asked for the ticket to be split, the server scoffed at us and told us that was supposed to be told to her before we ordered. She then left us and our food started coming out, one slice at a time. When the server finally came back to us she flipped the initial ticket over and wrote our totals on the back of the paper, then said “there it’s split…” by the time the final slice of pizza came out, the cook brought it and we had to ask him for boxes. The pizza, which I had to take to go aid eat cold while working, was ok; there was a decent amount of sauce, though could have been more, the crust was withstanding the time it took for me to finally have time to eat, and there was enough cheese to cover the inner and lease a slight crust (half an inch or so). Overall the pizza was pretty decent, the wait time from kitchen to table was horrendous, and the service was terrible. I will definitely not go back simply based on the pizza for sure."

"My wife and I were in the Berkshires for the week with her mother and older cousin. We were looking for a quick lunch, and I saw the online menu for Let 's Do Lunch. The menu was very simple and reasonable priced. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal and said the sandwiches were cooked to perfection. The soups were excellent. The owners were very friendly, and the service was very quick. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I quipped to my wife, On a gloomy day in the Berkshires, we found a ray of sunshine. I would encourage anyone visiting Lee MA to give this diner a visit. We had parked on the street, very limited parking, and learned there was public parking lots behind the building. As a side note, this is the first review of any restaurant type business I have ever done in 62 years. That 's how great I thought this place was."

"I've heard good things but my visit was disappointing. Flavors listed on the website were not available, they didn't have gluten free cones, when I asked whether they dunked the ice cream in the sprinkles (because of cross contamination) I was told they didn't only to see them do it (after my son who has Celiac disease already started to eat his), there was something fibrous in my ice cream that shouldn't have been there, stingy on the caramel topping, and the soft serve vanilla did not taste like ice cream. On the plus side my kids liked the playground and the prices were not outrageous."

"So I would like to address the negative review left by the customer. I was the managing person on staff who he had spoke with. I never said I was the owner at all. I understand the frustration of rising costs on everything across the board but what I was trying to explain to this gentleman is. Like alot of other business. (Not the ones he goes to I guess) we have started charging a 15 percent fee for togo orders which I printed on the menu 6 months before I started to charge this account the extra charge but that was over looked. His solution is to charge all of my in house customers extra on the price of food to cover his togo bags, containers, utensils, condiments, napkins and everything else that is required for togo orders. Am I wrong for wanting to pass the cost of the togo things on to the togo customer in a easy to understand service charge or should I raise all of the prices so everyone suffers. The point being. I need to keep every customer happy and I know that's not possible so unfortunately the ones who will be upset are the ones who can't understand the world is changing. I am trying to stay affordable and the solution is not to raise prices but to charge you for the products your using. I am sorry to lose a great customers over something silly"
