"I like to support local business in the area, and I have been a good customer for over 5 years, and I normally have a very good customer service experience weather the pizza is good that day or not. Today was not like that. I ordered my pizza, picked it up, the lady waiting on me was very kind, asked I wanted a receipt, I said no and continued to leave. That 's when a very aggressive kitchen thug come running out the door and was yelling in the parking lot that my card declined, while giving me the thumb gesture to get that 12 inch Brier Hill back in the shop. I know I just got paid, I don 't order stuff unless I have money like most customers, so I was very confused and embarrassed and humiliated by the way they handled an obvious user/system error on their end. I went the ATM which charged me 2.50 to get 15.00 and a print out of my balance. I showed them the balance on my account to prove I can indeed pay for a 9.99 pizza, like I have done over the years. I put the 10 on the counter and they say Hey it 's 11.00! I said she told me it was 9.99 and went to my car to get a 1.00. He told me forget it, but at this point there was no way I was accepting a dollar discount. There are many other choices, but I supported the local guy not anymore. I will use Cocos in Girard, Belleria in Niles, and Pizza Joe 's in Girard because with my dealings with them they would of handled the situation kindly and professionally. So I took my ice cold pizza and thew it away and won 't ever look in their direction as I drive by and pick up pizza from those who appreciate my business."
