"The first thing that grabbed us was the surroundings. When we drove into the 'community ' where this restaurant is located, we felt as if we were transported to the Mediterranean. This was not just a dinner, it was an experience. We ate on the balcony with a view of the pond and buildings allowing us to keep our initial awe of the surroundings throughout our meal. The service was as expected prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We started with the Lobster and Crawfish Bisque. Wonderful! I had the Shrimp Pasta Primavera with fresh vegetables as my entree. I was able to enjoy all the flavors within the dish as the basil sauce was NOT overpowering. My husband had the Crab and Shrimp Monaco. It was cooked to perfection. Nothing was left behind. We left Harry 's feeling very satisfied."

"Wonderful Experiece and Atmosphere. Spoons has a small town feel to it. The old wood floors and antique food signs on the walls create a warm cozy feel. Our server was very prompt, attentive, and funny. When we asked for an extra spoon he joked, 'sorry, we used 'em all on decorations. ' We all laughed. He had several more laughing moments with us. The food was very good. Amongst seven us of we tried bagels, omelets, breakfast tacos, yogurt parfaits, and eggs. Everyone really enjoyed the food. I will make this place a priority if I am in the area. It 's down home country feel is so nice."

"We had a group of 11 and the server was a very nice young man. He communicated well with the group, but considering it was not busy, things were slowly delivered from the bar and back of the house, which was not his fault. My Cadillac Margarita was good, but small for the $13 price. All Sodas were replaced as soon as they were half full, which was good. We asked the children to be fed first and he made it happen. I ordered the Chili Relleno. It was very good. The pepper was not mush and the bread was crisp with chili con carne red sauce on top (children like chili, but more of a Mexican flare. It is served with lime or Spanish rice and fried black beans. The rice was not a taste of lime. Black beans were okay, but only a bowl of thick paste. From the frogs, Quesidilla, Enchiladas, etc. at our table... the only thing that stood out was my Rellano and her chips and green salsa. On the way out, I told our server that the female waiters should not play with their hair."

"the team of comida connoisseur has decided to try this place as we have eaten good tacos in mckinney (first red fahne). we stopped at this little hole in the wall, because that's the best eating right? first we arrived and we should sit everywhere. we chose a beautiful stand. but no one gave us menus. After about 10 minutes we have a menu. we order our tacos (pastor, barbacoa and carnitas.) what we received were small ashamed tacos. I literally took a tiny piece of a barbacoa taco and it looked like I was about tortilla. to add the healthy salt, there was little to no cilantro and cebolla on the tacos. we are looking for good reviews to give and can be flexible, but if they calculate the customer $2 taco, make it a $2 taco. what we received was a $1-taco with little to no meat, small toppings and half full. one of us has 4 tacos, the other 3 tacos. both remained hungry and angry that we had to pay for it! somehow they felt despised that eating is served. Do they not think that customers consider eating? if we have such experiences, we are less likely to dare and try more places. a thing I will give them is the taste was great! the problem is that the tacos were so shameful that we could not enjoy eating. the reason is that this is a 2 star and is not one because we cannot give a 0 star and the guy at the switch was cool, as we paid cash, he gave us an apartment 5. respect."

"We received pitiful service and mediocre food. (obvious canned chicken, which the surly waitress assured us was freshly cooked The manager was indifferent to our complaint and the waitress couldn't be bothered to refill our drinks OR chip bowl once. — the manager did not even care enough to speak to us in person. The waitress vanished halfway through our meal and didn't even bother to give us our check. The cashier said the service was sub par because they were so busy —At 2 in the afternoon??? What a bunch of nonsense!! Avoid this place!! — We sure will. When, and if I receive a belated apology, I will remove this review."

"I had a great experience at Panera bread, one of my daughters is vegetarian and she asked for a Caprese baguette it was huge, it contained tomato, basil, green goddess dressing, mozzarella and arugula very healthy and fresh, my other daughter is not a big fan of vegetables so she asked for Mac and cheese bowl, they look pale and bland but very flavorful, and for me I did ask for Baja bowl with chicken it was packed with colorful flavor palette it was filling yet light… love it"

"Food was very good, but the hibachi was a bit pricey. I am used to paying those prices for the full hibachi experience. Our server offered us steamed rice or fried rice. No mention was made of an upcharge for the fried rice. When the bill came, there was a charge of almost $10 for 2 fried rice. When I questioned the server, she said there is an upcharge for fried rice instead of steamed rice. I said that should be mentioned at the time of ordering. No apologies from the server. Not sure if the meal was worth the money."

"The service was fantastic! I was seated very quickly where my order, drink and chips were all brought within a very very short time. The decor was lively and the menu had many great options for outings, if you're looking for a place to gather with friends or family this would be a good spot! My only complaint was my order was taken incorrectly, I recieved a Sour cream enchilada rather than the Verde I ordered. And the enchilada was nothing to write home about, however I was still pleased with the meal and would come back with friends."

"Pat was taking the orders and she is a true treasure! Very nice lady, representative for your company. The restaurant is clean and the food is good. Sauces, napkins, lids and straws all in stock. "What is going on, Taco Bell? I have gone to this location on N. Custer 5 times in the past three months, during normal business hours, and there is always an issue. Twice they were closed during business hours, once they took my order, I waited 12 minutes, and when I got to the window (after being told a total for my food) the lady opened the window and yelled that they were closed...then slammed it shut. Last week I was told after ordering they were not taking credit cards. Huh? Out of hunger, and I I have to admit curiosity, we came by today and was told they were only accepting cash. When I politely asked why they do not accept credit cards I was ignored. Then as we drove by the window to exit two employees were watching us and laughing. I am sure that Sonic is loving the extra business they are receiving due to Taco Bell's lack of service. As we sat at Sonic, we noticed that out of the five patrons who were rejected at the drive thru, three of those cars came over to Sonic. I wonder if the franchise owner also owns/runs the Taco Bell at Ridge and Eldorado because they have similar issues. I tried to hang in there, Taco Bell, I just love that Meximelt, but alas I must say goodbye."

"This isn't just the worst taco bell I've ever been too. It's the worst fast food location I've ever been to. They constantly are out of basic menu items or key ingredients to basically anything on their menu (beef, chicken, cheese). Yesterday I tried to get breakfast at 10:20 am and was informed they had run out of breakfast... okay no biggie, went back today at 8am when they opened, sat there for 10 minutes and no one said anything on the speaker. I assumed they were still setting up and I had an errand to run so I came back at 9:30am.... sat at the drivethru again for 10 minutes and no one answered, so I pulled up to the window and an employee inside met eyes with me and started laughing, and finally came to the window to inform me that the register was down at the window (could have told me that over the speaker) I then asked if I could just make my order at the window and she told me I had to come in to order.... okay, so I park the car and try to go inside and the doors are locked and no one comes to the door. No employees are visible any longer. I realize I sound crazy for going this far out of my way to get taco bell, but at this point I just wanted to see it through. This is more of a warning to others...DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. There is another one 4 miles down the road. Trust me this one isn't worth it!"

When I tried to contact them to address the issue after spending $28 on dinner, they did not answer the phone or respond to my messages. They even refused to refund my money. "Amazing atmosphere and pizza! If it sounds good to you it probably is. The BBQ chicken and mushroom pie are both tasty! I was super excited to get the pretzels. They were sadly lackluster and tasted like crust. We dubbed them Crust Knots. We saw the salad and wings on other tables and they looked pretty top notch too!"
