"Read my yelp review : it has one star on my second visit and 3 stars on my very first. Be careful, they will add 18% gratuity on your bill without your knowledge will not give you, your original receipt and message you privately and say they will send you your original receipt through email if you let them; though remember if you are not the person whom paid and they send that information to you it is again privacy laws- which both you and the manager whom private messaged you will both get in trouble with the law. I hope this helps everyone please do not be deceived because of their act of fake kindness. My first and second was a party of two including myself. Which does not require 18%."

"Nano Cafe is an hour drive for us. But if we are nearby we make the effort for the food. The breakfast plates are quite good. But, the Fried Chicken plate, sorry no photos, is DELICIOUS! Half a chicken, lightly coated, and fried up with a hint of sweetness, yum. It comes with French fries, which are good but I put them to the side and concentrate on eating all the chicken."

"So glad I tried this Croatian restaurant. The dishes we ordered were all very good; tasted like a home cooked meal indeed! I highly recommend the Lamb Shank entree. So tender flavorful! the meat was falling off the bone and complimented very well with the veggies and mash potatoes. The dessert crepes were very good! Prices are very reasonable. Would come back to try other items on their menu. Service was also really good! Reservation is recommended since it's a small restaurant. Alfresco dining available."

"This place has awesome Mediterranean food! The white garlic spread was so devine on the meat that I couldn 't get enough! Unfortunately, I don 't have a picture of the white garlic spread but it comes in little plastic, throw-away containers. My son proposed to his fiance , at the fountain, in front of this restaurant, then we all went over to enjoy a wonderful meal at Seasoning Alley. Everybody in our group raved about it. Highly recommend!"

"It is a great place to eat or go out, but you need to go there early so you can beat the crowd. Food is really good and not expensive. My experience was in Monrovia West Covina. Enjoy"

"We had a GREAT lunch at the Copper Still Grill in Monrovia yesterday. It was her third day in operation. My fiancée, my daughter and I enjoyed a very tasty, relaxing lunch on Saturday, with excellent smiling, positive, polite service through our waitress and a great informative conversation with David, the General Manager. The ambience was really nice artsy, copper infused, clean, sharp and comfortable with friends and family. The restaurant is spacious, nicely furnished and furnished in copper, steamed green, rust, deep wine, tan, cholocate and patina shades. Love the brick and the floor! Windows fully open to the city streets, there is a fully oval shaped middle bar with several flat screens overhead for the view to enjoy. A second floor upstairs is available for events and parties, etc., with reservations. Lots of space for our party! Menu prices are very reasonable and the selection increases. Thank you."

"Hand-pulled Noodles made in-house got my attention: round, flat, triangle, knife-cut. Noodles are the specialty. I ordered and pigged out on: Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with knife cut noodles. It was absolutely delicious! Chunks of tender beef shank, broth seasoned with Chinese herbs and chili sauce. Served with fresh spinach, green onion, and cilantro. The broth is beefy, balanced, and savory;not spicy at all imo. Beef Pancake Rolls were fantastic! Tender beef, green onions, cilantro, hoisin sauce wrapped in a flaky chewy thin pancake. Pork Buns as described on the menu. Pretty much Xiao Long Bao. Very tasty! Not the juiciest with soup but very good. The wrapper/skin was bite size and nice. I would get this again here. I believe Noodle St is a small restaurant chain that has 6 locations as of this review. Not every location serves pork; the beef offered is halal. Check the menu of your preferred location. I love this location in Monrovia due to easier parking compared to Arcadia and Pasadena. Service is attentive-friendly; and the ambiance is contemporary casual comfy... I definitely will be back!"

"We came to take orders here today to answer the call of the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce to save our restaurant. The board has a campaign in partnership with many restaurants in Monrovia. For this week you will receive $10 for orders more than $30. We didn't want to miss this deal. We also help local restaurants. We wanted to try this place anyway. This is our chance. When we were there, the cook is the only one to take over the order and cook the food. We ordered a shrimp udon and vegetables soba. Both dishes were delicious. I love her Udon. The soup was incredibly tasteful. The Udon was soft, but chewing. My wife has the soba. We're both fans of soba. When we visited Japan, we went to the streets to eat Soba. The soba here is quite close to the taste in Japan. There are many parking spaces next to the restaurant. So come to support your local restaurants and get $10 from your order. Who doesn't want a good deal?"

"Passing through this area I was starving looking for a veg friendly place. I just happened to barely see this place. From the main street it looks like a vitamin store, but it's not. The vitamin place is next door to this cafe. Food was great for veggies and non-veggies alike. They have an extensive menu and outdoor seating."

"What I love is their wide variety of rolls. They have the standard rolls (Crunch roll, Tiger roll, etc. plus Chef Special Rolls that come with wacky names like the Homeless Roll and the Hay Mamacita! They also offer baked rolls which cater to those with a raw fish aversion."

"Edit: I got a call from the restaurant offering to remake the sandwich. While I appreciate the gesture, I didn?t take them up on the offer. I ordered the sautéed tofu sandwich. I?m very familiar with Bahn Mi sandwiches. I?ve been to Vietnam. This sandwich was terrible! It was super soggy and unappetising. It?s supposed to be on a baguette. It was a basic roll and the ingredients had it falling apart. I asked for it to be extra spicy. It wasn?t even a little bit spicy. For a $14 sandwich including tax and tip, I expected much more. Hugely disappointing."

"The food was delicious and tasted fresh. The atmosphere is relaxing and the noise level is low. I didn't feel rushed at all. Their timing is prompt and their attitude is warm. The hookah worked well and tasted pretty good and smooth. I will definitely come back."

"I was dining with my child at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was even better. There was a server with a beautiful braid who was extremely positive, friendly, and cheerful. It seems like people really appreciate those qualities. I will definitely be returning."

"Having frequented this locations 'prior establishment ' (75/80 glory days???? in my younger years it was great to come back decades later to enjoy a truly fine crafted meal. Steak and cake (crab was my main pick and the portions were great. Aparticular spice they used was just enough and not too overpowering to add a unique element to both the crab cake and steak. Green beans were well sauteed with a great mix of onion and garlic flavor. They were devoured. By me. Looking forward to goingback for another date night or even to take our older, seasoned mannered kids????"

"We really wanted to like this place in view of the reviews and the recommendation of a local, but we just didn't. I will begin by saying that the servers were very friendly, attentive, and the food was fast. The onion rings were really good, they were the best part of the meal. Awesome Ranch Dressing also (you know how this can be met or miss). Two of our guests shared the 5 sliders with pig and tri-tip. Both tasted good, but the onions exaggerated the tri-tip and the pig was chewing. The Mac-N cheese really didn't have much taste, the noodles were pretty soggy and floppy. I had the pulled pork plate with Coleslaw and Pommes. Again the pig was really chewing, but also dry, and there was very little of it. For $17, I got a plate that leaves pork with pommes and one side. The Coleslaw was fresh and tasted good, good frits. The bite of maismuffin I had was overtaken and dry as possible. My husband had the kickin chicken sandwich - it should be spicy and wasn't. Nothing special. The place is clean, there are neat signs and signs over the walls. But we wouldn't come back."

"Situated in Old Town Monrovia across from the theaters this little eclectic find is an awesome taco bar! Come for happy hour Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and enjoy Tacos, Nachos and other Spanish dishes at happy hour pricing. Margaritas with Tajin on the rim come Classic, Mango, Strawberry or Pomegranate. All are very refreshing. The Street Tacos are full of flavor and just the right amount of nourishment. Happy Hour menu also includes a Kobe Slider with Pepper-Jack, Queso and Chorizo. A Short-Rib Quesadilla, Ceviche Tostada or a Tempura Shrimp Taco. Are you hungry yet? How about a Mediterranean Chicken Bowl with avocado, feta cheese, cucumber, kalmata olives, brown rice, served with tahini and balsamic sauces or enjoy a Blackened Salmon Taco with sliced avocado, roasted chiles, corn salsa, slaw and crema. Enjoy the bar and music, or eat on the outside patio and people watch the foot traffic, or bigger parties can enjoy their meal on the back outside patio. Service is friendly and you are almost certain to bump into a friend. There is parking on the street if you are lucky or park in the Public Parking Lot off Lime Street in the back by the Police Station. Stroll up and down Myrtle and browse in shops. There is a hand made ice cream store two doors down for a dip of coolness before heading back to the car. Farmers Market is on Fridays from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, if you so desire before or after your visit to Sena. Sena is one of my personal favorites."

"Me and my wife we’re looking for breakfast and we came to Mimi’s for the first time and we were not disappointed. Our server Kevin was attentive and he always refilled our coffee to the top. I had a salmon Benedict and my wife had the bacon Avocado omelette which were both delicious. I would recommend coming here for excellent quick service and great food."
