"This is one of my favorite hole-in-a-wall restaurant in Montebello. They serve delicious Mediterranean food, it always taste fresh and the portions are generous. This place never disappoints. We like to get the lamb, chicken and beef kabob with pilaf rice and mashed potatoes. We also get the Armenian salad and it’s one of my absolute favorite. The dressing is super simple and the flavor is so fresh and crunchy (cucumbers). Love that this place has great service and they serve the food fairly quickly. Can accommodate large groups easily as the restaurant is huge on the inside."

"Good food. I like their yakisoba! I'm surprised I haven't noticed this place earlier, its close to my house two blocks away. The gentleman in the register could use a little bit more welcoming attitude. The place is a small hole in the wall type of restaurant. No restroom for customers because of LA health regulation."

"I drove several times from this place. it was time to check it. I like to think that a good hot acid suppe comes a note on the aromen in later dressed. the suppe wasn't bad. I would like to have fresh mushrooms over the canned, but the suppe was still tasty. the owners were very attentive and gave an excellent service. the owner recommended to add the crispy noodles, they give at the beginning to suppe. excellent suggestion!. I also ordered the canton lo mine. it was delicious. the garnels were fresh and the chicken tender. what I really liked about this place was that the aromen were mild. they were not overwhelmed with vinegar and seasoned others. great mother and pop place! it was clean and service was fast. they can say that the owners are very proud of their facility. I will definitely try other elements on the menu again. lunch would be a good time to come as they offer combination plates."

"Food: Ordered one regular and large poke bowl. The regular comes with 3 scoops of protein while the large comes with 5. They count crab meat as a protein and not a topping which was a down side since I felt like the portions of their protein were really small. The crab meat seemed a bit stale but my only complaint is just the portions of their protein. Other than that, I think the portions of everything else was good for the price.Service: Staff was really nice."

"The first time my friends and I went to Tony’s for lunch. We were in high school. Now some 30 years!!?? 30 YEARS!!! Wow! The place is alway clean and people are alway nice!!! The sandwiches are tasty I get the New York sandwich with extra lettuce and the potato salad. The pizza is flavorful but a little oily good though. If your on Whittier Blvd in Montebello around lunchtime check them out. Think you’ll be happy you did!"

"First time at a Kalaveras and def coming back for more rounds! Now here’s my take on the prices for food and drinks. The food was delicious and service beyond and above. However, the food prices are okay for Mexican appetizers, and entrees. I don’t think it’s worth eating a $15-$25 dish if you’re already going to be spending $14 on cocktails. I really loved their rolled taquitos which was $14 something and their carne Asada quesadilla which was about the same price. As for their desserts I tried the churro and lava cake which was $14-$15 each. I don’t think their dessert is worth that much for something small that’s not meant to be shared unless if you have a small appetite. Other than the food being expensive I enjoyed their cocktails and the ambiance."

"To my surprise, the restaurant wasn't crowded, but then again, it's a Wednesday, so that might explain it. We've visited this place many times, and weekends tend to be really busy with long wait times. I personally prefer coming on weekdays. The service here is great, and the staff is very friendly. Today, we were attended to by Emilia Maria, who was really sweet."

"Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant. Their chicken sandwiches are outstanding, and I could easily go just for the chicken and fries and be completely satisfied. The Whopper is truly the best. I also enjoy their ice cream. The service is consistently quick, and the food is always served warm. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. It's definitely my top choice among fast food places."

"Pretty yummyy! Waited around 20 minutes as a walk in and the line moved quickly. We were seated promptly but it took quite a long time for our server to get to us, maybe around 15 min before we could order. Plenty of parking in the Montebello Mall plaza and had chairs outdoors and indoors for waiting. Inside was spacious and clean! I ordered the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and bf had the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Chicken tortelloni was sooo cheesy. Pasta was cooked just right and had a lot of flavor to it! Chicken was tender and everything was super filling. Bf said the shrimp was really good on his but the chicken was a bit rubbery. We still really enjoyed our meal! We both got unlimited gnocchi soup, salad, and hot bread sticks. Yummy!! The watermelon moscato sangria tasted just like a jolly rancher! Really Sweet but tasted good! Server helped end the night with a complimentary chocolate black tie mousse cake for my birthday. Had a good time here and would come back again :"

"My husband and I were looking for a local restaurant that serves oysters in half shell and ran across Crabby's seafood More. There were so many options on the menu, so it was hard to dial in to the main entree and instead went with the waitresses recommendation. I also added some Aguachiles fresh made guacamole as well. The drinks were really good, the oysters were deliciously fresh and the rest of the seafood we ordered was absolutely amazing. The carne asada was a bit too chewy for my liking but the seasoning/ flavor was good. This location is a hidden gem with a beautiful interior and beautiful/relaxing ambiance in a busy shopping center, that I myself overlooked but I'm glad to have finally dined at. Definitely planning to visit when looking for Mexican or seafood dishes withy family and friends! Added note: the waitress was wonderful!"

"Great place for weekends dinner lunch and breakfast! Parking lots is large but may get filled quickly. Outside patio is nice and cool, rear patio is great for large families and get together. The bar area is fantastic, with great music, modern atmosphere and service people were attentive and outgoing. Prices are great, drink are great . I wish they has more appetizers selections but, overall, place was clean festive and friendly. Definitely a great place to relax have quick drink chit chat and enjoy some hearty food"

"Here it is, service over 20 minutes to order, food arrived 20 -25 mins from order decor average . The P B was busy that morning, but no excuse for not taking the order sooner. Food was overcooked ,which was the octopus, and it was tough. Next, my ladies' fish seemed to have been freezer burnt still edible, but you can tell the quality if you cook . This was recommended by friends, and in the future, I will do my homework before I make the stop. P B is a local spot ,and I mean regulars ,so if you would like new customers, you Wait on them, just as all clients not just regulars, I believe they call it customer service. And if you would like to have repeat customers ,you take care of them."

"Frumento's, established in 1958, is located in Montebello on West Beverly Blvd, across from the hospital. I learned about it from a former coworker who spoke highly of it. The building may be old, but it has an authentic charm. Upon entering, the delicious smell of food greets you. Frumento's is both a deli and a market, offering a variety of Italian products. I tried the 12' Italian combination sandwich, the Taste of Italy, which was filled with Proscuitto, Capocollo, Provolone, and more. It was delicious and I would order it again without hesitation. "I have been visiting this restaurant since I was a child and the food has always been excellent. It is my favorite spot for chili cheese fries, as I have not been able to find any place that makes them as well as they do here. The burgers are also incredibly tasty, and the pastrami is a must-try. The service is fast as well, with your food ready in just a few minutes."
