"General It should be a beautiful evening at Preester's Huis. The conditions were actually given. A reservation was ordered in time. No credit cards are accepted. After a rather unfriendly welcome, a table was assigned to us in the back of the restaurant. The seating was very close so that the guests sitting behind us did not accept the place. We only got the menu after 15 minutes. The beverage order was also above the permissible deadline. After another 50 minutes waiting time we received a deliciously aggregated salad. In the meantime, how often served in better restaurants - no bread. After 75 minutes we received our well-preserved “Abendbrot”!!!! The food My wife had “mas cooking fish” cod in mustard sauce. Excellent quality we have prepared very well. I had ordered Baby Steinbutt. Unfortunately the fish came in all its beauty and splendour on the far too small plate therefore. Unfortunately, the fish was not caught on site. I just had to be friends with Amrum. For the reasons described, we no longer ordered the dessert. The ambience A very cozy restaurant in Frisian style. Further seating were available in the beautifully landscaped garden. Cleanliness: Very clean impression."
