"Near the railway station, unpretentious facade, next to the butchers of the same name and family, this is a jewel. Not the most flashy hotels, but very comfortable with excellent service and food. Mr. Wittmann and family, the oldest daughter, who was the "White Sausage Queen", went out of the way to make us welcome. The food, especially the sausage, was excellent. If you have time not to miss the family sausage museum around the back, I never thought sausage production could be so interesting."
