"It's a chain. No surprise. Are you evaluating these special? Their food quality is always standard, and the employees are always polite... they seem a lot of employees turnover but so that the Burrito Rolling hit or miss. One thing I say, VOLUME. This place is ALWAYS pumps. Even if it does not seem to be a line as you go to the store, they do so much delivery/order online that it is slow. Very slow. Can be the slowest chipotle I've ever had. It is not because they are incompetent, they simply treat non-stop online orders. (And not her fault, but it's a terrible parking lot. Hard in and out in the main roads and funny angles, always a pain)"
