"74 Main has undergone major changes over the years, and in my opinion it is all the best! The food has already been regarded as one of the best options in the area, and the reputation of being imagination is not necessarily true in a good way! It is about food, but also about the atmosphere of veranda seats and dynamite staff. Every time I go, I had the best service! [Shout to Jaimie and Jenny] Whether indoors, on the deck or on the bar, the people working at Millstone take care of you, regardless of age or dress, and that really makes the good service feel real. 74 Main also has a reputation to be expensive, and yes, you can get some incredibly brilliant entrees, but the lunch menu is surprisingly extensive and affordable. Our waitress Jenny suggested the Prime Rib Sandwich, I've already leaned on it, and now it's the first thing I would recommend! I look forward to trying the fried pimples and the filled mushrooms. They have a great soup and grilled cheese combination (fresh onion!) and I loved the Schellsandwich. I'd get all three again, and I hope we'll get Jenny as a waitress! Great work with rebranding, menu and deck, I love it all! "Good food, terrible customer service. I was 'talked down to ' because I didn 't know my order number, meanwhile my order (which I recited) was directly in front of him (and was paired with an itemized order receipt and all). He gave me a hard time about this.He was also angry because he was allegedly talking to me, while facing down (never making eye contact or acknowledging me), with another customer standing in front of him, and I didn 't respond. You should always look at or acknowledge the person you 're speaking to. It 's called hospitality .If having customers is an issue: Treating them like s is a great way to get rid of them.PS: They told me 30 minutes and I patiently waited 40, and I also left a tip when I had originally arrived, only to be treated this way. Never going back again."

"I visited the other day and didn't realize that they had a different, preset brunch menu and we were required to order from it if we planned on eating there. That was fine the menu items looked good, however there was no ability to substitute sides. Instead of substituting we just ordered an additional side. However when the food came out, it was the wrong additional side we ordered. When I asked our waitress she said that is what we ordered since she had already told us no substitutions. That was fine and all but it was still the wrong side. We didn't see our waitress again after the interaction and had to go up the register to ask for the check and pay. I haven't been here since before the pandemic and have never had any negative experiences. I guess they lost some of their better waitresses during the pandemic"

"the kerl at the switch was friendly and very courteous. eating was hot, fresh and very good. we had just come from a nearby steakhouse where we were waiting to sit down, then we were told to the kitchen that we had to wait half an hour more to get our food as soon as we ordered we were on the way to a local event, so we decided to leave the steakhouse and go instead to wendy’s. so glad we made it! wendy’s was much less expensive, much less waiting, and it wasn’t crowded, dark and loud like the steakhouse. my man and I were able to speak and enjoy our food without rushing. we are so glad that we decided to leave the other place and stop in wendys. an all-round pleasant experience."

"not many options on the menu, but the staff is very accommodating. vegetarian chili was on the menu and I'm pretty sure this was vegan and if she didn't get the cheese up. I had the cauliflower tacos without cheese/seed and the claw. They were pretty good, it was technically an appetizer so it only came with two, but I also got one next to salgarde, which had fresh crunchy vegetables up, so I was satisfied. they also had a veggie burger that the waitress said was vegan, but she was not sure about the bungalow."

"Put in an online order. I was doing take out because I was in the hotel but didn 't want to eat in the restaurant. Order was for 30 minutes pick-up time. The got the order and then didn 't making it until 53 minutes later when I was waiting for an extended period of time. Staff at the bar was more interested in serving drinks than seeking out who had to-go orders... or making some sort of drink in a big metal pan and he was drinking his own drink while he was doing it (I don 't think that is allowed under SafeServ Food Safety). After my entire party got their to-go orders, one of the bar servers called out to a younger person who was just talking to people at the bar. He checked his phone for the order and then said to me 5 minutes, just 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he comes back out of the kitchen with the food, and didn 't apologize or offer discount. I 'm not a regular... but I deserve to be treated like the regulars."

"the eating and the experience were so good that I canceled another reservation so I could enjoy a second meal here. the personal was just amazing. ordered the garnel and narrow hairs that were perfectly cooked. the pasta e fagioli was different but tasty. drinks and wine selection were at the top."

"Mambo provides very good Central American food, such as the seafood mutongos (different cooked seafoods inside a nice cornmeal cup). The back patio has scenic wharf side views of both the Thames River traffic going by and a stream of Amtrak trains on the North East Corridor. A good choice for a quick lunch after visiting the nearby New London Customs House Museum."

"I was on vacation with my Grandmother and Father and we were looking up places to eat and saw this one, i’m so glad we came across this restaurant. They’re food is just immaculate. I’m a very picky eater but they’re food was an exception. We also had a very very kind waitress, her name was Alexis, she was very sweet, never gave us a hard time, very happy, and just seemed like she was happy working their. I recommend this restaurant, 10/10."

"We were in area on vacation and heard of how good this restaurant was. We went two nights. Lovely and welcoming hostesses both nights! On our first visit had an amazing waiter and just superb service. Second visit service was a bit curt and not as good at all. Not unpleasant, but waitress not friendly or accommodating. A big disappointment after Thomas, out first waiter. But food is stellar and they have a good wine list. Chef likes things a bit spicy, but you can ask for it to be not so spicy, and they are glad to accommodate. On our second night, We had the filets and they were superb! We Highly !!! recommend this restaurant."

"I ordered through the app and received a text that says that my eating would arrive at 9:10. at 8:30 a.m. I got another text that claimed to be the delivery driver as well as a call that said the driver was in my car. I went out right away, but there was no driver. I called the number back and the driver answered, but we had difficulty communicating, but the driver could not confirm my address. I spoke several times with the restaurant and the driver in the next hour. at about 10:00, an hour after the restaurant closed, I received another text that said another driver approached. I was outside, but no driver was there. the app updated that my order was delivered. I have never received my order and I am over $75, including eating, delivery fees and the tip. it was several days and I did not receive any refund from popeyes. I will never use the popeyes app or food from this location order fir delivery again."

"this was an absolutely great foundation during the stay in connecticut. went with my so some of our friends for a mini road trip to rhode island to check the nordic lodge (review soon) we started to think ct had no good eating points. we tried a pizza place and it was just terrible. the next morning we had breakfast it was sub par. ambiente: it is industrial americana. what I love. there is an open kitchen. they can see the chefs at work. the bar is just beautiful. the lighting in the night is a bit boring for my pleasure, but I lived. there are seats in the open, but I prefer it inside. it's a hot summer. personal: they are all amazing. but our server titus was absolutely amazing. he was a man who was his passion eating so that the mules felt that was incredible. he made the eating experience a step up. he knew the menu, preparation, source and had great recommendations that I tried. eat: burgers were of my wife, 2 others. the special steak, dried for 30 days, was one by me. the “Summer Burger” was cooked to all preferences, it was juicy oh so delicious. there was no complaint. just doesn't smile to talk. their fries are so crispy soft. well seasoned. Erdbeer cider was delicious, crisp and almost juice like. the blueberry cheesecake was even better with around! the dry steak was phenomenal! like butter in your mouth. the garlic mixed butter was just the icing up. cornbread was almost like a cake moist! chili with her brandsauce meets the place. we met this point twice. it was so good. the last day we had their eggs so good. mac is right. not too rich and cooked for perfection. Chicken chipotle sandwich was juicy and huge! be ready to be full of only her sandwiches. potato salad is on point. kind of not complaining about their food. I'm sad they're so far away. dessert: get the monkey bread. parking: they have a small amount ahead, but it is somehow difficult in this opposite. can not wait to ct back, just to enjoy this restaurant again."

"So first I want to open it: the personal here is super friendly and cool. they were fantastic, my rating is mainly based on eating. I had the gartenburger with pommes (fries do not have to be dusted to be vegan along with the tofu bites as an appetizer. the tofu bites were good, but they are ned in a sauce, so they choose a sauce they think they will like and they will be in order. they are also very oily, so if they do not like oily foods, skip them, but if they want to munch something with a beautiful, crispy resistance, this is in order. the gartenburger was not good. it is in the round a baked burger from a sweet with little to no season. it tastes very bland and soße only marginally helps. I had a hard time coming through mine, and there were times when I even felt a little sick. I understand I didn't have to eat all this, but I don't like wasting it. I am not sure why they make this burger if they can easily divide it for something like an impossibility or beyond burger, both of which are well preserved by the majority of the vegan. throw them on some vegan mayo and violife cheese, and they have a big burger. but instead they have made their own veggie-based burger. it is like the type of food non-vegans think vegan eating: bland, tasteless and sweet. the fries were good, similar to the tofu. Some find them in salt, but I thought they were in order. my suggestion? this is a great place to pack a beer with friends and to munch on some appetizers, but clearly steer off their main dishes and eat at home."
