"Arrival in the restaurant before our reservation or priority session checked. The host was rude and told me we didn't. I told him I had a confirmation on my phone, he said, "Don't bother, we don't work with them, but I can go and sit down. I don't know what his problem was. The server was very pleasant. The food was okay."

"I had a missing article and the manager was SO FRIENDLY that I didn't even make it to drive back to get my food. The ride was so nice. Everyone smiled and looked happy. The food was good. But the service was great."

"I had allergic food erd to me then refused to give me a refund until i got a note from a hospital after i made it very clear that I could not have this food. I was not allowed a refund although I was obsessionally sick until I went to doctors and then MAYBE they would reimburse me, 10 YEARS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLE. Money down the drain. I wish I could give it a -20 stars"
