"Bagels and food are great, but I need to leave 4 stars because the ordering process is awful and has been for years. When you order, they don't take your name or give you a number, instead, you have to wait with the 50 other people there for the person who took your order to call out what it is (pork roll egg and cheese, a dozen bagels, etc. which sounds like everything everyone else waiting ordered. There's typically a lot of confusion finding your order and paying as the front of the store fills with people coming in and everyone waiting. New customers coming in also have a hard time finding the line based on the confusion in the front. This could be remedied if the line was reversed--you order, pay, and receive a number first, and then just pick up your order when your number is called. There's often a wait on weekends, I do think the food is good enough to wait a bit, but the confusion makes things very frustrating."
