"My family has been coming to this restaurant since they opened. We always have a fridge stocked with the jars of salsa. When eating out, we always used to choose El Palacio. During a time of inflation, prices changing are becoming the norm. However, a price change of $5.99 on the lunch menu for a quesadilla to $12.99 with no warning or posts, is absurd. We ordered takeout for a family of four, and in getting in the car to take it home, realized how expensive everything got. Our normal meal would typically cost $50-$60. Now is over $100. Aside from the costs rising, customer service is horrible, and the conversation with the actual owner was catastrophic. One excuse after the other, promises from the owner and hostess of rib-eye meat in the quesadilla, with 8 oz of meat and 8 oz of cheese per quesadilla. Mind you $12.99, for one single quesadilla, no sides, and the lettuce ordered on it, was not even cooked in it, and the entire thing was burnt. Take a look at the pictures. You tell me. We will never step foot in this place again, not even due to rise in pricing during a very hard time anyways, but due to the absurd behavior from the owner of the establishment."
