"Boogie Woogie FAIL. Their very outdated website has in 4 different places WE ACCEPT VISA/MASTERCARD. That, as Maury Povich would say...is a lie. My wife ordered a pizza over the phone, I went in to pick it up after the 35 minute wait to make it. The grumpy fellow behind the counter told me then that he takes cash only and he said he told my wife on the phone cash only but I told him that I had not heard that. My wife later confirmed he did NOT say that at any time over the phone to her. This was a problem because I had several credit cards but no cash. The grump behind the counter directed me to a cash machine across the street. The pizza was $22 dollars, so I had to withdraw $40 dollars, which cost me a $4.25 fee. So I went back and waited at the counter for 7 minutes while the grumpy old man made more pizzas and his assistant did not tell him that I was back and waiting, even though we made eye contact and I know she knew I was there to pick up my pizza. When Mr. Grump decided to come back to the counter to take my cash I handed him $40 dollars and he made a face that indicated he was clearly irritated that I was not paying with exact change. He looked in his cash drawer and could not break the second $20. He then looked in his wallet, but he didn 't have change in there either. I should mention this was on a Saturday night! Like, presumably the busiest night of the week? And not enough cash in the drawer to cover change. He then looked at me like it was my problem that I didn 't have any smaller bills. So I told him never mind..I took my money back and walked out so I can 't tell you if the pizza was any good because I didn 't get any. Later, after thinking about it, I thought that if that were MY pizza joint, I would have told the customer at that point Hey look let 's just call it $20 dollars. But no. He was content to let me walk out. I 'll also mention he was not even close to apologetic. I won 't criticize the dusty appearance and disorder of the place inside, because for Pahoa standards it was about what one could expect."
