"I usually like to eat here, but this experience wasn't too big. the dame at the switch was not really helpful and seemed not very inviting at all. they got rid of the potato cake, that's a real bummer! the fries were not very cooked and definitiw not fresh. the mozzarella sticks were boiled. on the top the dining room was only a beautiful makeover."

"I only gave them 3 stars 29 days ago. But Unfortunately this location has gone down hill even further. Orders three rolls yesterday. The Sunflower, 49er, and CA roll. The rice was extremely dry and hard. Fish was ok, the slicing of the rolls were very uneven, the end of the rolls were huge and to big to dip and eat in one bite so they just fell apart. Worst was the tempura shrimp in the sunshine roll. Freezing cold and the breading was so soggy it seemed they cooked them days before and just kept them in the fridge.Since we only have three sushi restaurants in Pittsburg, I probably will still come here but only order Sashimi."

"they have no problem with eating, and as long as they go to get it their money, but at any time they try to have it delivered over any app, they will never get it. either it will be picked up and then canceled (stolen) or it will never be picked up and three hours later they will not have any food yet, and must break it off themselves. every other restaurant in pittsburg will have delivered food in the window, every time we tried this place, we never got our food."

"very bad customer service. on 27th april in the app ordered and the order was wrong. the order on the app did not correspond to what was given to us at the pickup. I understand that this was not her fault. I did not try to answer so that my man went to the restaurant the next day to show the manager/owner the app and reception, but the owner said it was too late to fix it. after the descent, I was supposed to come there in the rush hour (and high gas prices) to fix a mistake I didn't make. I never asked for anything else, what I paid for this sandwich. I'll never go back. togo is just on the road. my money will be spent forward there."

"We had a party of 8. We just showed up 14 people! Chatters like to have us brought together tables. Our drinks came out quickly, our server was efficient, our appetizers great at time! And to complete everything, our whole meal was right, all at the same time all meals were wonderful!! Even the owner checked us! Great job chatters! Excellent customer service!"

"I moved to this area in 1998 and everyone I met told me I had to try the mecca. mekka was a lively, flowering place all the time, I guess it's still kind of still. what I want to know is why? it's not a good meal. it is mediocre. for me it is americanized mexican food it is borderline at the bottom right bad. the aromes are dirty. the only thing I can say is the good bean dip and chips."

"My wife, whom I was on the train, visited some friends and we were in the mood for some ice!! We decided to review our bikini robbers, and behold, Big Man (the Lord who also works there with Togo) was there!! Once again he showed us with great haste that Big Man is here to guarantee top notch service and help us in one of our guilty pleasures! I recommend Big Man for the bikini robbers side of the company. Big Man is similar to a ballerina with the way he gracefully from serving a togo's customer then to us with a happy and intoxicating greeting. 5/5! Once again my wife recommend Big Man for great service!!!"

"IHOP was a standard brunch experience for us. Unfortunately, we both eat a gluten-free diet because of medical recommendations. We found that we have some choices in the breakfast dishes. My daughter ordered the Spicy Pablano Fajitas Bowl and I got the Southwest Chicken Bowl. It wasn't sharp either. I gave me salt and pepper and it was much better. I'd order bowls again. (Just keep the spices and spices!"

"The restaurant closed its dining room three years ago due to COVID and has yet to reopen it. It now only offers drive-thru service. It is puzzling that they have not reopened their dining room considering other restaurants in the city resumed indoor dining a year ago. It is disappointing as they were known as a great place to eat in Pittsburgh for the past 35 years. Hopefully, KFC will reconsider and hand over the franchise rights to someone who will operate it as a full-service restaurant with indoor dining. I reached out to the company multiple times last year about this issue."

"sat this evening and was said that our order would be given to go because it closed in 45 minutes. "this facility became one of my favorite, but after my experience today with the owner-manger I feel different. another guest accidentally flipped my coffee to find a table. they called them back and gave me the same coffee they just held. I kindly asked myself to make my drink new, then was asked why. I said that I didn't feel comfortable taking the coffee, and the owner manager said, "I gave it to them because they just held it." another member of the staff made my drink again and thanked them, I had met another unnecessary note. the owner manager said: “Be careful to touch the door on the way out,” as I turned out to go out. my question was reasonable and the owner manager was completely disproportionate. I'm insecure when I return after this experience."
