"I always have a great time at The Gin. The food is delicious, good service, it is clean, and the live music is great. The fried pickles are also so good! We also enjoyed the wings and the Hamburger we ordered. It is not your hip, trendy, modern place, but it has a small city feeling that I personally love. Recently I went to a new restaurant/bar nearby and it was not where near the experience you get at The Gin. I will probably not go back to this new bar / restaurant unless I have to. We will definitely be the Gin atleast monthly!"

"I'm not one who writes many reviews. But after many restaurants over the years (in Mexico) and the USA, I would definitely say this place is on par with good Tex sex. I had a spicy Margarita w/ Casamigos, which was surprisingly good and big. The fried Jalapeños and pork eaters I had were also delicious! Ask for Halle and get the best service!"

"First of all the service is impeccable. Top notch there and they treat you like a friend instead of a customer. And the food is amazing. I had the brisket enchiladas and I was not disappointed at all they were equally top notch probably the best brisket enchiladas I've ever had. And the chips and salsa and black bean dip were excellent. Will definitely come back here again soon!"

"Had breakfast here with friends and really enjoyed this place. I had a made it order omelette (egg white, jalapeño, spinach, and turkey bacon) with potatoes and an English muffin. They nailed the omelette and made it well done per my request to add flavor. Making an Egg White omelet without cheese taste great is tough but they were up to the task. Service was great as the waitress was attentive, quick to take our order and give refills, provided great advice and insights on the menu, and helped us when we wanted to make a change after our food arrived! Atmosphere is cozy, clean, and bright. Will be back for more!!"

"It is an excellent place but I have noticed that the manager Molina does not help the waiters and does not do his job well, I have also seen that he is somewhat rude to his employees and gives a bad image to the restaurant, and I have seen the tension that is felt in That place is because of him, the waiters are very generous but Molina's character does not give a good image and I have also seen that he takes the tables away from the waiters, so I think he is not a good manager for that restaurant."

"We came in to order food the lady at the desk took a year to take our order and was whispering. When we place our order the basket was full of bagels and we ordered 2 bagels then they come to give us our dine in order In a to go bag then come to tell us they can’t give us a sesame bagel while the basket was full when we placed our order. "I had never stopped to eat at this place before today, as soon as I walked inside there is a smell in the air that doesn't give you much confidence, I decided to order a vegetable delight with tofu and told them that I wanted it cooked crisp almost raw, inthe meantime I went to the Restroom to wash my hands and that's when I really had second thoughts about this place. The Restroomwas so dirty it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months from the toilet to the sink. My veggies were over cooked and thesteamed rice had shanks that were half way cooked. If you only order delivery you might want to pay a visit to see if theyimprove the cleanings."

"Had service on Monday 7-22-2024 at 3:23. Brandon got me taken care of. I ordered the Hot Jam Bacon Burger with sweet potato fries. I will say, this was in my top 2 burgers. The buns were light to where I could taste all the ingredients and toppings on my burger, and they had a butter hint to them. The toppings were flavorful. The Jalapeno's were grilled so they werent overbearingly hot. The bacon had the perfect texture. The beef had some of the best flavor of seasoning and was perfect; not too greasy/fat/skinny/dry. The sweet potato fries, I asked for seasoning on them and even without their wonderful seasoning, they had the perfect crunch and were sized perfectly. These were absolutely my number 1 sweet potato fries. I didn't eat in however because I dont like flies and gnats because of everything and everywhere they land on. Will be returning and highly recommend. Every business sometimes suffers bad employees after turnover, but for now, this crew of employees are top notch. First time Mooyah burger for me. Just kind of expensive. So definitely only 1 time per month. But they have me impressed"

"My family and I absolutely love Concetta's!! They use only the freshest ingredients and with the many options offered each week, you can always find something tasty to order! "I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I sat in the car drive for 45 minutes (can not get off) to keke in register and told me to move my car up because my food had 1 minute left. I told her I can wait a minute after she has raised rudely her vote to move my car forward, I have. within 2 minutes the load manager haddy started screaming at the tip of her lungs, the halfway out of the car thru window hanging park to move my car instantly and asked what I did. she continues to run out of the house door and asks that she was ready to eat of course, I went in, asked for a refund and will never return to a panera again. the corporate management must come to this place to talk to their employees in customer service. short hand or not, they should never scream at a customer. absolutely disgusts with her service."

"Updated Review 10.5.22 Upgrading review to 4 stars as the last time we went the store had been cleaned up, trashed furniture thrown out, etc. MUCH better! Glad to see they applied feedback. Several other reviews have mentioned the same thing, so glad I?m not alone. My daughter loves this place, so we go, and it?s always been less than clean to put it nicely but the last time we went May 2022) it was particularly dirty. They need to go ahead and just trash the filthy couches and disgusting faux leather chairs. They?re just gross. Only wipeable furniture should enter this establishment. And it should be wiped down frequently. Frequently as in after every use. I get it?s a froyo place and lots of young kids spill, but come on. The floor is sticky, the tables and chairs are sticky, I didn?t even want to touch the handle to get my froyo. I didn?t put toppings on my froyo this time either because they all seemed old and gross, particularly the fresh fruit. You can see a sticky film residue on every surface. Not that hard to grab a towel and a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and give it a quick wipe down. They need a check list system with employee sign off at certain intervals throughout the day to ensure that place stays clean."

I’ve order for pick up before and the food was good. The Thai ice tea I would have liked less milk and more Thai tea. Wish they could have sometimes “thai style “veggie omelette. I wish sticky rice portion was a bit larger but reg. white or if Jasmine rice is good size. I hope to someday try Dallas location. "We were excited to try the Chinese neighbor restaurant because they offer a "vegan-friendly" menu with a decent variety of options. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, which had a good flavor overall but were quite oily. The same issue applied to our main dishes. The Mongolian tofu had a nice taste but was also very oily. The Hong Kong rice noodles were soft and delicious, served with roasted tofu and a small amount of vegetables, but once again, they were quite greasy. We don't usually cook with that much oil at home, so we found it hard to enjoy the dishes at this level of greasiness. If they could reduce the oil, it would really improve the meal, but as it stands, we probably won't return."
