"Don 't go for brunch! We had a terrible experience. We were seated at a dirty table in a section where they were still vacuuming from the night before. We were ignored for about fifteen minutes before anyone even came to check on us; the staff was running around like the place was full, but with our table and one other and the rest of the bar dead empty, I don 't know what they were doing. We had to go up to the bar to ask for basic things several times (despite them purportedly offering table service). We had to ask them to turn down the three inexplicably blaring TVs, for menus, for water, and to place our order. We started with drinks and the server forgot two of our party 's coffee they ordered totally. I had a cranberry mimosa that was kinda gross; the champagne was sweet flat, which made the whole thing taste like just overly saccharine juice. I never did get to try the food, because after an hour and a half of getting ignored (except when one of our party went up to the bar), I had had enough. We cancelled our food orders and left. Went home and made our own brunch! I understand things happen and lazy long Sunday brunches can be fun, but I don 't need to waste time on my day off getting ignored by servers in a dirty bar and never getting to actually eat. To their credit, the hostess/bartender did apologize when we were on our way out the door. Apparently our server actually left in the middle of this whole experience. I have no idea what is up, but it appears the Zzu is incapable of actually providing brunch. Stick to wings and tacos at night, guys you 're not meeting the bar you set for yourself."
