"Our family has had lunch at Chrüz over 15 times over the past few years even though we lived over 2 hours away, in both summer and winter. Not only do we enjoy their amazing food, but their hospitality is like no other mountain restaurant. The servers are always friendly (and even sometimes quite funny and entertaining), even in the chaos of a gorgeous winter's day when skiers flood their outdoor seating. The owner even called me one morning where we had a lunch reservation for 20 to tell me that they would not be able to serve a special dish in case we wanted to cancel our reservation. In the winter, we try to make Chrüz one of our last stops so we can have their fondue before making our last ski down the mountain (plus we love their outside bar for acres ski). In the summer, it is a perfect stop after a morning of hiking before the kids take the Floomzer down to the bottom. Whether a family or group of friends, you need to include a lunch or drink at Bergrestaurant Chrüz when you visit Flumserberg!"
