"Our first time and expected better based on reviews. Tuesday morning around 930am, it was crowded and hot inside, like swamp cooler hot and muggy. Even hotter outside so inside was the only option. There were no clean tables so we removed the dirty dishes, uneaten food, drinks and washed the table ourselves with a Clorox wipe we had handy. I felt generally dirty. No one approached or offered to do that. We ordered at the counter and had basic breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon average and sloppily presented with random fruit and slab of butter thrown on plate. Also had the Bagel with lox and that was good. All ingredients are individually placed on plate not assembled. We had a small iced tea and a small cold brew, which was average. Our bill came to approx $40 for 2, not including tip we left. I understand we're all dealing with inflation and prices are higher... but even better reason to make sure your customers feel that their business is valued and you appreciate them spending their hard earned money in your business. Unfortunately, we didn't get that and won't be returning, it wasn't worth it. We're happy to spend money on small, local businesses... but we want to feel that it was worth it. Nothing worse than walking away knowing it was not only subpar, but unappreciated."
