"We went in today to eat, as we’ve heard great things. The young man at the counter looks very unhappy to be at work. They were out of several items, very disappointing. We intended to eat there, but our food was brought bagged up to us, so I guess we weren’t suppose to eat inside. We were brought drinks that had no ice. Once I got home, we realized one of our orders was incorrect. I ordered a rib plate and 2 sides, the sides were not correct. The ribs were NOT good. Very dried out, not what’d you expect for a $13 plus dollar plate of food."

"Service is not all that great, it is horrible food was under cooked barely get any fries. Horrible customer service especially from leader/manger which is the talk old black man with glasses who seemed uninterested didn't even apologize. Everyone seemed careless one of the cashiers was very rude had an attitude at the menu order. I will not come back to this KFC again! Never! I wasted my gas having to drive back up there!"

"I went to this restaurant and they didn't have lettuce, but still made my sandwich without notifying me. The DoorDash delivery person called to inform me and asked if I wanted something else instead. However, when I told them what I wanted, they said it was too late as the sandwich had already been made. I requested a new sandwich because I didn't want to eat one without lettuce. Additionally, Subway delivered my order with the wrong bread and no dressing, even though I had specifically selected it. I have had consistently bad experiences at this place and will not be ordering from here again."

"Chicken was fried to perfection, but it was so incredibly over seasoned I couldn't eat it. To avoid confusion, I dont mean it was too spicy as in too hot (that would have been great), it was over seasoned as in way too much seasoned salt or whatever itis that they use. Most places under season or dont season at all, which is disappointing but the food is atleast palatable inmost cases. 10/10 would go back if they can tone down the seasoning without sacrificing the heat."
