"I visited the restaurant to celebrate with my friends today. Since it was an international group, we all spoke English. Our waiter came to take orders, but he would not take food orders at all, and without saying that he simply rolled his eye and rushed us rudely to order drinks and mock the English language. When we got our desserts, the waiter looked at me and said “ni hao” and I thought I misunderstood it. I said, "Excuse me," because I couldn't believe what I just heard (FYI'm not yet Chinese, it's irrelevant. And he said again “ni hao, right?” I politely answered “No, not at all” and then he asked where I was from. I answered and he rolled his eyes and left. In a service position, this type of insensitive behavior is complete UNACCEPTABLE and OUTRAGEOUS. The little conversation has ruined the mood of the whole group and my day. 2 star review because the food is delicious. However, I will not be able to return because of the service."
