"Exceptional culinary experience from beginning to end. We came to lunch. The facility was prepared with many seats for hungry people. The hostess was very friendly and gave us a waiting period of only 15 minutes. Very surprised, and insecure they would be able to hold their 15 minutes waiting time, I started timing. They did it with time to speer, 11 minutes and we sat! In 8 minutes from sitting we already had our drinks and nice dinner salads. The salads were refreshing. The pleasant crispy salad was dressed with fresh onions, tomatoes, cheese and crispy chow my noodles. It only had the right amount of blue cheese dressing. The dressing was absolutely delicious. Not sure whether it is a house dressing, but the creamy mixture had wonderful pieces of blue cheese perfectly distributed over. While we enjoy our salad, the appetizer of onion straw was delivered with a house BBQ sauce. The crunchy bread on the straws of the onion, with the sweet and brownish BBQ sauce dance crashed on my tongue. When our dinner arrived, I was so excited. I ordered the choice two. Sirloin Steak rarely cooks medium not disappointed. It was perfectly cooked. The savory mouth irrigation juices glittered with every bite I took. No need for any steak sauce here as the beautifully seasoned meat has done its job. The BBQ ribs just fell apart. The thick season rubbed meat was melted in your mouth sky with the drinkable sauce that was slept on it! The baked sweet potato was cooked exactly with the exact amount of cinnamony butter to mix. My husband cleaned his plate, so I'd say that the award-winning Porterhouse filled his name! He forced the cook by saying that it was the best food we had shared at the age. Our absolutely lovely server Alexis K. never missed a beat. She was on our needs and served us with the right amount of check-in and the end of dinner conversation. Amazing work done to her and incredibly phenomenal work done in her kitchen. I recommend the Hickory House!
