"it was my birthday and I kept on open table that were confirmed on the app. When we were there, I told the host. first he ignored me, and then he went to speak my son and wanted to put him and his family. When I once again said to him, we had reservations on open table, he said, I will be with you his ma’am, at which point I said, this is for all of us and he said. I don't know what this is. I said it's an app on the phone that I made reservations. He said I still don't know what that is. I said I'm gonna get my points? he said I still don't know what that is, but I'm sure you do that. his hire left something to wish. our waitress, on the other hand, when I asked, took at least my name and confirmation and said she would ask her manager. I doubt that someone is making a little upset about it, but at least she tried and was polite. I also had difficulty signing in the Friday app during the restaurant. I tried several times to reset my password, but it was sent to me only 3 hours later and I couldn't scan the code for my points after spending over $63 there. while our waitress was attentive, the kitchen service was slow, although the restaurant was not very busy. the restaurant itself was quiet, although the youngest rebuild was simply ok, not to have much ambiente.
