"I'm not really a reviewer, but I think I really have to leave one here. TWO ISSUES, First: We go once a month or so for the burgers, usually for the exit and I will say the burgers are OUTSTANDING. The problem is that they have a hard time to cook them as you ask. A few times we get all the way home and burgers that we have ordered well are med or med rare. We then started, extra well made burgers with hope that they leave it on the grill longer and still we come home and they are medium and ****. The first time this happened, we called and said we should put it in the oven for a few minutes.... I talked to the host the last time, and she said I'm sorry, for some reason they like to make it medium, not the only one that complains, and then I laughed about coming to people... Second edition, you pay via the phone with a card when you call in a togo order. Sometimes we drive in the car and we decide to call in an order, and they will not only pay you when you get there. They say it has to be given over the phone. It's really annoying, and it's just ridiculous. Great food, they only have a few bends to work. We enjoy them so we can go on, but I don't understand everyone is like us. We like their burgers."
