"I loved going to this diner with my family when I was a child, so I was looking forward to another good experience. I went in at 2:00 and got a stand. I watched three waiting/cleaning staff standing around, and I wasn't even offered water, even though the diner was in no way overcrowded. I thought they didn't want to step on the waiting staff responsible for my stand, so I didn't think about him at that time. I ordered a chicken sluice, pommes with gravy and coffee. The waitress offered me water, and I thought things were good. I felt more positive than the waitress told me she was just waiting for my packaging. I didn't have much thought, but maybe there was only one person who worked the kitchen. In the meantime, I saw two other parties sitting after me. Then I saw how they were served before me. I was looking for my waitress and saw her talk to another waitress and the woman in the cash register. I went to them and heard laughter. I lost my appetite and asked for money. I explained why I went before dinner, and the waitress said that the kitchen lost the order ticket. When I said I didn't care, she said she wasn't talking to me, but with the woman in the register. Her tone made it clear that she didn't care: not that I ordered the food or that I paid for a meal I didn't get. She lost her tip. The woman in the register told me that she would find out what happened, but I just wanted to go. I didn't even take my reception. I'm not going back."
