Chicken Teriyaki was phenomenal as always, they even followed my special request. no sauce on the chicken. extra sauce cups on the side please: The California Roll (Photo taken after I had eaten all but one piece was rather bland. The cheap soy sauce provided tasted like plain salt water, the pickled ginger was fresh, and the Wasabi was good but the roll itself had no flavor to it and only had one thin spear of cucumber running through the whole roll so it felt like it was missing something texture wise."

"Sushi rolls were made with the dregs and scrap pieces of fish, rolls barely holding the tiny bits of fish together. Overpowered smoke flavor on the smoked salmon, clearly just used liquid smoke. Bland, tasteless sashimi on mushy flavorless rice. Teriyaki chicken barely had any flavor. To top it all off, found a hair in the rice. Extremely unimpressed, go somewhere else in town."

"My husband and I were visiting Roseburg from Medford. We decided we wanted to eat sushi and found Ami Japanese Restaurant on Google. It's a bit rough on the outside, but it was very peaceful and welcoming on the inside. The service was great and the food was even better! Everything was made fast and fresh. We like this place even better than our favorite local sushi restaurant in Medford. Definitely, recommend and will be back on our next visit to Roseburg."

"I’m not a huge fan of Greek food, so I’m probably not the best person to give a review of the place. I will tell you, though that the people and the atmosphere were OUTSTANDING! I very much enjoyed my Gyros! And my salad was HUGE and very good! I ate every shred of it. I wasn’t real impressed with the expensive appetizer, but again, I don’t LOVE Greek food like my wife does. My wife and friends really loved the food, and I was pleasantly surprised with my meal. Overall, a top-notch place with the most wonderful people serving us. I would definitely return."

"We have lived all over the Northwest and this place was on par with some of our favorite Indian restaurant. We will definitely be back and excited to sample more of the menu. We will get medium spice next time as their mild heat level was very mild. The Lamb Korma was cooked perfectly and their Mango Lassi’s where full of flavor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Okay THIS is the place. 10 star service and food. I came here once for an anniversary dinner and again tonight for a birthday dinner. They are exquisite. For appetizers, I recommend the short rib empanadas and the Gouda Mac and cheese. The Gouda Mac and cheese is topped with a bacon jam that is to die for. I’m not exaggerating. For dinner, honestly anything is great. This place is only open for dinner hours. I ordered the halibut, and others ordered the scallops and burger. Our child had the Mac and cheese and fruit bowl. We loved everything. Cooked to perfection with so much flavor. For dessert, we had the espresso creme brûlée and chocolate cake. Don’t judge okay, it was a birthday dinner. For drinks, we ordered the cilantro pepper margarita and TRUE which were super tasty and refreshing. This is our special occasion spot and I must say, the service is spot on. You won’t be disappointed with a meal here."
