"It is really a hit or miss experience buying BBQ here. Twice the food is just too dry (brisket, pulled port, and even sausages) and we had throw most of it away. One time the brisket was terrific, nice and moist fatty briskets, just perfect. So unless I know that they don't have dry bbq when I want it, I can't take the risk of ordering here again."
