"We were in search of sparkling wines in Paso and stumbled upon Vino Vargas, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Pedro and Vicki welcomed us in their beautiful winery, where the sparkling wines we tried were absolutely fantastic—definitely the best we had all week. The complimentary cheese plate was the perfect accompaniment. It was refreshing to hear the stories from the owners and winemakers, who clearly take pride in their craft. For both white and red wine drinkers, there were also some excellent tasting options available. This was our favorite stop of the week!"
