"Our grandman wanted to go to the stag this evening, so we went on the way without great lead time, a table for six people was not a problem on this Thursday evening in the front guest room. At 01.12.2017, once again in the Golden Deer the Guardian changed. Jürgen sacrificialist is now following Fabian Gieser. For me, the reasons for the frequent change of pawns as outsiders are not comprehensible, yet I am glad that at Schriesheim there is at least the deer, the neighboring emperor had to thank for financial reasons and has entered into the eternal hunting grounds. There is nothing new to say about the building and the ambience, everything has remained pleasantly with the old, so I copy myself here. The guest room of the deer can be accessed from the street over 3 to 4 steps through a historic wooden door, via the side entrance through the gate to the beer garden in the courtyard, but the interior of the inn can also be reached evenly, which also applies to the toilets. The deer has a guestroom for approx. 60 people, on the upper floor are the large hall for events and two other smaller guest rooms, which are probably mainly used for celebrations. The two-part guest room with the large counter in the rear area sprays a historical charm without old jaws, in the front area more the tables for two to 6 people, larger groups can find space in the rear guest room without any change of furniture. Golden deer front guest room Bright walls and ceilings, including the wooden beams placed in a bright grey accentuated, form a pleasant atmosphere with the dark old tile floor, which in red and orange-tone pictures on the walls loosen the whole skillfully. The wooden tables are also covered this evening with red fabric tablecloths, red paper napkins, cutlery, water glasses, salt and pepper shakers, a candle and fresh flowers. The wooden chairs with seat cushions offer pleasant seating comfort, in the niches to the street side take over this padded benches. Wall lights provide pleasant and sufficient lighting. Since nothing has actually changed at the interior device, in turn 4 has changed for the ambience. The service provided a friendly and carefree service, be it in the richness of menus, the reception of drinks and food wishes and the serving of the Selben. Demands for satisfaction, as well as for desires, were something to reorder. Also the payment process with proper invoice worked smoothly. We are not here in the star restaurant, here counts loose kindness and not the perfect lifting of the plates, therefore 4 for the service. The boys chose how it could be different, a scavenger of Viennese style with pommes. Of course, with ketchup and Mayonaise, culinary demands probably change with the age, the guys found it as expected. From the optics it looked good with the wavy panade and the wide pommes. The Rumpsteak fried as desired medium and well seasoned, the herbal butter in my opinion homemade and suitable for steak. The roast potatoes in some places already slightly dark but with bacon and parsley tastefully. And if I wrote that, I would miss the red wine – cranberries. These were missing until the end. The taste of the Rumpsteak did not break down, but it certainly would not have harmed the overall experience. I don't want to burden this mistake with the service now, the kitchen has to get itself, but regrettably if two components are forgotten in one plate. It's just small things that bother. And they could be put off without great effort. That is why for food only 3.5, more would have been possible without problems. There is nothing to complain about cleanliness in the local and in the toilets, so here 4 . At the PLV, I would of course have to give 5 because we were invited to charge a complete compassion of the family without the own wallet. That is why I do not have an invoice, but I have an amount of 122 euros in my ear. For six people, I therefore evaluate the offers in the deer from the prices as fair, with the little patzers at me 3.5 . The deer is also a pleasant destination for a return even after the change of the pawn. And if the small mistakes are still discontinued, the stay can be made even more harmonious, whether for food or just for a well-kept beer or a beautiful glass of wine. As a total conclusion: 4 – happy again, the small problems should and must!! However, the team still get in touch with 1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – definitely back to kitchen trip."

"The way home from the Taunus of two training games of the kids stood up, we had already agreed before that we either visit the Taverne Mykonos or order pizza. Meanwhile, the boys had agreed with their mate and co-player that goes to Greek, nice when the kids get self-employed and take off the decision to parents, we agreed at least. The Taverne Mykonos is one of the two restaurants in Schriesheimer Sportzentrum with reference to white sports, but has found your accommodation in the tennis hall. After my last written visit almost 3 years ago, a lot has changed. The rear guest room was already bright and joyfully designed at the time, this now also meets the front guest room. Wrought-iron room divider is simple to remove, but makes a lot visually and looks more friendly. Furthermore, part of the outdoor terrace became a conservatory with seating and tables for approx. 40 more guests and this with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for a conservatory. Taverne Mykonos View towards winter garden The guest rooms are decorated in bright colors, the furniture and the counter made of dark wood, the discreetly decorated walls brightly painted, the floor consists of white tiles that are partly covered by red runners. The tables are covered with white tablecloths, cutlery, a white flower vase and matching red paper napkins of a better kind. The restaurant is completely walk-in, as is the toilets that are shared with the tennis hall. For the first date or for the wedding day, other Lokations come to me, but for a simple meal the ambiance is true, therefore also 3.5 . There was no real greeting when entering, as the friend of our kids sat with his mother at a table, we did not have to ask for a place. From here, the service was friendly. The menus were served, time left for the selection of drinks, then they served quickly and also re- and de-orders at salad to the children's dishes were no problem. Both appetizers and the main dishes were served in a timely succession for all at the same time, the reordered ketchup for the guys was also no problem. A good appetite was desired during servicing and in between it was asked if everything is okay. Also the payment process, including offsetting, went without problems of steads, for the kids there was still a slipper and for the adults a Uozo, the service also earned 3.5. Ordered from our site beside an imiglikos 0.25l € 4.60, a cola 0.25l € 2.80 and a yeast wheat 0.5l 3.60 as an appetizer the grilled peperoni € 5,90 , and as main dishes 2 x the children's plate Pinocchio, schnitzel with pommes and, if desired, without salad, pork fillet with sheep's cheese The differences are no longer bad because we only had the current map available in the restaurant, but the current prices should be on a homepage. The twelve peperonies came well grilled on a white plate, covered by a garlic sauce and dusted with paprika powder to the table. The peperoni with a pleasant sharpening and also the garlic sauce had earned its name, with the rich babe discs for tuning the sauce, which has already been fit, 3.5. The pre-delivery salad is a typical representative of the Greek restaurant type. Green salad, a peperoni, herb and carrot salad, Tzatziki and a few red onion rings with slightly acidic dressing. No highlight but absolutely fine, 3 Taverne Mykonos side-salat The shepherd, consisting of 4 pieces pork fillet and was baked with abundant sheep cheese. The meat is well seasoned, as so often in Greek restaurants but close to the border too dry, but for my wife still fine. What she lacked was a bit of sauce or at least some Tzatziki, so the court with the Pommes was a rather dry matter. It is sometimes small things that exclude a new choice, although with little effort could be brought out more, but still 3 . My hercule skewer consisted of 5 pieces of grilled pork, covered by a fruity, sharp tomato sauce with tomatoes, paprika and onion pieces and wide pumice. The meat was well seasoned and with grilled aromas also a little dry, but this was not so tragic in my dish because of the existing sauce. The wide pommes outside crispy, inside soft, non-fat and seasoned with sufficient salt. In terms of quantity, I could not complain, I would order the spear again, 3.5. The children's carvings with pommes were fine, the pommes of the same type as with me and my wife. I wouldn't say that the carvings were freshly knocked and panned, but from the look I wouldn't be prepared in the friteuse. The kids were satisfied, 3 . In summary, I come to good 3 at dinner, the sash skewer prevents a better overall result. What we can see and judge as a guest in the guest rooms was clean, well maintained and without defects, 4 . The invoice amount of 63.50 euros for four persons in a “Sports restaurant” I consider appropriate for the bid, the price performance ratio is for me at 3.5 . The conclusion to the overall impression: 3 – if it results again, here you can go well with children as long as you bring a normal expectation. 1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – necessarily back to kitchen trip."
