I've been in the four cook menu, which proved to be delicious. as a starter was the marinated thun fish with mushroom bran light and tasty. followed by a cold tomato soup a little too seasoned for my taste. as main course I enjoyed a beautiful filet of bark thick but very delicate piece, perfectly grilled and served in a delicious red wine sauce. Finally, a sortiment on sorbets and mousse was the perfect dessert for a warm summer evening. the Swiss is hopelessly expensive and eagle does not take off. the bill amounted to chf115 very expensive, but definitely worth it."
