"1 Early Saturday afternoon, several open tables, was told wait 10 to 15 minutes. less than 30% capacity! 2 If the host were to TELL, we would like to sit at the bar. 3 Sa at the bar, waited a few minutes for service, reasonable time, but barmaid's attitude was terrible as if on us was a terrible inconvenience! 3 30 minutes to get our food, nothing special ordered! Only from Menu 4 Never offered refills on our drinks, man asked and received refill, I was ignored. 5 wings were good 6 my salad was smaller than usual and wild salad. 7 $40 fall to less than average food and EXTREMELY BAD service! I can't wrap my head around poor service. I appreciate good service and I usually tilt 30% BECAUSE I understand how difficult and frustrating and THANKLESS can be a server job. But not today! I'm speechless."
