"We thought in Sheridan a massage after driving so much from TN. Birch took our attention, needed a nice meal and looked for something delicious and a place to feel relaxed before you drive back. Birch didn't disappoint. Wow, this place exists in this city we've never heard of. Unexpected. Relax. Feels like good food. What we ordered: Potato soup, Hamachi sashimi, egg yolk pappardelle and burgers. We loved everything except the Burger. Burger, meat was a little dried and bungalow was cold and dry tasting, just didn't taste like that from the same kitchen. I'm not a potato soup, but they convinced me! Sashimi, delicious reminds us of Uchi Austin, big ceviche would order much more. Papardelle, hands better than any pasta I've ever had. Caveat, we didn't have a great meal in a few days. In addition to the great meal in a small town beautiful food experience and cost, their first day on the job, Nick the Bartender, had some fantastic mocktails. Loved the honey vanilla with orange toe ice coffee (something so). Overall highly recommended. Great food. Great experience. Great service."
