"First time being here and I was a bit nervous. New place and a new menu. Unfamiliar terrain. The staff were polite, courtesy, and had patience as I determined what I wanted to eat. The small town home like feel was definitely a plus. The staff brought me my meal and were pleasant and kind. The portions were large and I ended up having left overs. As I went to leave, I was happy to hear them thank me and wish me well. Even though I was out of my comfort zone trying a new place, it will definitely not be the last time I go there. With that being said, if you are ever on the D&L trail and/or find yourself in Slatington,PA be sure to stop in. Thank you for the wonderful service. I look forward to dining with you again soon."
