"Sips is one of the few restaurants on West Desert Island. It's operated as a restaurant and a bar and they don't have enough staff for both the restaurant and the bar. As a result, the service was very slow. When I was served, the food was good. I was there for a light lunch and got a perfectly-cooked grilled cheese sandwich, which was what I wanted before going back to more Acadia touring."
