"Okay I ordered here today for lunch and the food was good but the portion I got for lunch was like a child's size I ordered the lobster ravioli and got 4 little raviolis 1 shrimp 3 pieces of italian bread. I know the prices are cheaper for lunch but I wasn't expecting a snack size meal from a fine italian restraunt. It makes me scared to try dinner because the prices are higher and I don't want a kiddy portion I'm an adult not a child normally when I get this from other restraunts it doesn't come in a small container and you get at least 6 ravioli it didn't even taste like their was lobster in the ravioli if there was it was very little so I don't know if I would order from here again I mean the taste was okay but for the prices it's not worth it feel like it was false advertising. And no I'm not confusing this with the wrong restraunt this is sofias fine italian dining in Springfield."

"This is my favorite pizza place! The thin crust is delicious. The plain cheese pizza is phenomenal, and the pepperoni slice is amazing. The sausage and pepperoni pizza is also very good. The staff at the counter are very nice and helpful. The restaurant has been renovated and looks amazing!"

"The Comedy Club is okay. It’s a small space upstairs where they cram 100+ people for their shows. The service is horrible both in the comedy club and at the downstairs main bar. I’m not sure if they don’t staff appropriately or simply can’t get enough people to work. Either way, it took forever to get drinks and we didn’t even bother for food because the general wait to order drinks and get them too so long. I don’t know that we’ll be back."

"One of the best and tastiest American grill restaurants in the area. Prices are reasonable, service until you get to the table is American snooty , but okay. Service at the table is good . Were there with a few people, it was difficult to reserve a table on the homepage for more than 6 (there were 12), one of us called to reserve. Food is classic American, steak, burgers, fried pickles in batter, etc. Yuengling beer, soft drink with a refill (like everywhere else). Nice, new service."

"I was there and ask for a table. The sit me in a table next to the hallway every body was walking next to me and ask nicely to the person who assign me that table. Can you please gime an other table? And she say no because it’s how I supposed sit the costumers one to each waitress. I sow a lot of empty tables around and I asked the Laudy can you sit me in those tables next to the window? But she refused. And I think that’s not nice to do to a Costumer. They gime bad service and the Manager came later Yo ask me if a need any thing. I told him what I want And He Say sorry. I dot going back there ever."

"We have ordered from them numerous amount of times in the past and the pizza is usually good. Tonight we ordered their old fashion tomato pie with garlic and sausage. Most pizza places around the area(Palermo’s) when they make old fashion tomato pies have some cheese still on it. Their pie however does not and it isn’t explained online. The lady at the front counter said the margherita pie is the one that has fresh mozz tomato and basil. But if you look at another review, it is clearly a normal margherita pie with slices of melted mozzarella. That is also not an old fashion."

"I have celiac disease and hardly eat out because of cross- contamination and the fact that most people don’t understand the disease. I mentioned my concerns to the waitress. The manager came out and asked all the right questions. He reassured me that he has other customers who can’t eat gluten as well. He was very informed on what may be inside their sauces, including shrimp paste in case I had a sea food allergy. He assured me they would wash the pan before they made my food and they would be no cross-contamination. I had no negative effects at all. I really felt like they care about their customers. On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our food. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were large. We loved the presentation of the food too. The bathroom was very clean which tells me that the kitchen is as well. We can’t wait to go back! My only tiny critique was that I didn’t see a need for the television to be on and maybe the lights could be a bit more dim. It was very comfortable however. They had plenty of cushions if you needed them to prop yourself up to the table. A fantastic experience! Try them today! Vegetarian options: You can get everything vegetarian however there is oyster sauce and shrimp sauce in some of their food so ask before you order. Dietary restrictions: I can’t have gluten or soy and they were very accommodating and they made me feel like they were concerned about my food, allergies. Parking: Strip mall Kid-friendliness: I took a 10-year-old there before to have sushi and she loved it. She had a fun time and everybody was very nice to her, including the other customers. Wheelchair accessibility: It’s in a strip mall and a wheelchair would have no problem entering and being seated at a table"

"I have dined at this highly popular restaurant for dinner twice and for lunch once. I want to send this review directly to the Chipotle executives. The staff at the Springfield location are well-trained, managed, and dedicated. They are constantly busy with a mix of walk-in customers and online orders. In my opinion, the meals at this location are fresher and better prepared than any other Chipotle I have visited in the past decade. I believe this is the best dining experience I have had since my first visit at Bridgewater Mall. I was disappointed that I couldn't leave a tip when checking out. I urge you to support and reward this location, as they must be one of your most profitable. I hope that nothing changes about this place."

"Never felt more uncomfortable before. We’ve been here couple of times at the bar and sometimes on main dining tables always had a great experience until today. Burger wasnt cooked through RUDY our bartender wasnt attentive and also asked for a card on file? Which is NOT our first time sitting at the bar and today we got asked that, not sure if they changed their policy but it took us by surprise. BREE wasnt even our bartender was more attentive and kind to us. Overall terrible experience"

"Kind of a hot mess. The food here is very good. Prices use to be a bit better but they've gone up. Pretty big selection of items but they can't do any grill items if a certain cook isn't there. The non Asian girl here dresses like she just woke up and it's 90 deg outside. Last time I was here there was arguing in the back. So.... your typical Chinese place with 1 non asain employee who is interesting!"
