"I drove through the drive-thru and ordered my food without any issues. I paid, moved forward, and was instructed to follow the arrows for my food to be brought out to me. However, the young man bringing out the food seemed confused and asked for my order four times. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I called the store to express my frustration, as 10 cars had received their orders before me. The manager, Autumn, who I spoke to, simply said they had to remake my order. This is not the first time I have had problems with this location, and I will not be returning. I would rather go out of my way to another restaurant. If they had communicated that they were remaking my order, I wouldn't have been as frustrated. When I got home, I found that my fries were cold, despite being told that my order had been remade."
