"I recently visited Rocks 21, and while the food was just okay, with very fishy fish and chips and clam strips that were mostly batter, the atmosphere made up for it. Once the first performer, whose songs had excessive cussing, left, the place really improved. However, the server kept forgetting to bring out our drinks, which was frustrating. The band that played afterward was amazing and brought great energy. It's a fantastic spot for happy hour or late-night live music, but I wouldn't return for dinner."
