"went here for the first. made a google account just to review it. the staff seem very nice and well trained. the two blond girls actually making the foodsekd kinr if confused and slow but we’re very helpful in explaining the restaurant to me for my first visit and letting me try things as samples. (very good spicy sauce the one in the middle (probably totally not PC to say, and i don’t mean this at all offensively. but— the heavier set one, was slow and stumbled over my salad, but it honestly didn’t matter to he because she was really nice and the two of them actually seemed to enjoy being at work and doing what they do, and they seem to be able to learn from each other very quick. these two are very conversational and upbeat and know how to keep the queue moving and happy even if there is a wait. take things very lightheartedly and can laugh while being able to focus on their job. very nice girls who im sure have will have a lot going for them, because you could tell it was their personalities and not just their customer service persona. did not make me feel rushed at all even though people were behind me. very nice and mature young women. the cashier made me laugh most of all out of the girls (they seem to be an all girl staff?? which is weird? I even saw who i guess is the manager in the back who is also a woman and this cashier girl had a very pronounced speaking voice (which she actually said another customer had told her prior . she managed to watch over the other two at the food line like a mini manager, get people paid, bag food, help the middle girl when needed, and make people smile and seem genuinely interested in what people had to say about their day when she asked (all while trying to fix her disney princess length hair into a colossal sized bun and deal with a broken pair of glasses . she also gave nearly everyone a compliment who came through. (ie: you have such pretty nails, or i like ur necklace very good multitasker and was impressed with her ability to stay calm and focused while doing 100 things at once. nice young lady and definitely knows how to make some bank in their old timely tip jar (don’t remember her name even though she told me! staff rating; if i could give more than five stars i would. the three ladies had a very nice dynamic together and seem to have wonderful people skills even if they are not quite 100% at their job position yet. EDIT: don’t mean this review to be creepy! not staring at young girls, but i was very surprised and moved to find a staff who worked that well together and enjoyed what they were doing and were doing it more than for a paycheck. sadly i do not live in the are or else i think i would be a regular as far as the food goes, it was much better than i expected it to be for a quick servixe place like chipotle. my bowl tasted like they made it just for me and not from a bar line. very plentiful portions and flavors that work well together. meat was not over cooked, had juice and tenderness. the pasta was perfectly done and not crunchy. the salads are actually tossed by the workers and so they are mixed in. love the way the food is prepared. the rolls though were incredibly hard. rock hard. i could have hit them with baseball bats and scored homeruns! (haha and not worth the $0.99. also they have lettuce in their salad for romaine/iceberg that is big crunchy and takes up too much room in ur bowl so you can’t have anything else. not found of that style lettuce and would have probably had the spinach next time! the room is very small intimate and very clean and irganized and was so glad u didn’t leave when i saw it wasn’t a sit down waitress/waiter restaurant. wish i would have gotten more food from them but i was too full! very tasty and wonderful flavor to their food with good sized portions and every bite is a mix of flavor. did not expect to like this place near this much and if i would have found them my first day here i would have eaten here every day! love this place and their food very much. maneed to make it a chain! (or come to minnesota!!"
