"Curbside pickup of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, fries/onion ring combination. From the the time I ordered until the moment I had to walk in to get it myself, just over 20 minutes. My sides combo sat in the window for a good while. They were cold when I finally got to eat them. I watched the girl bag my order. I know it was mine because my order was the only order up. They weren’t busy at all. I expected her to bring my order to me, as again it was a curbside pickup order. I was parked directly in front of the glass doors. Nothing. I finally walked inside. The young lady was bent over a table chatting with a coworker. Cold food. The sandwich disintegrated while I was eating it. So I only got to eat half of it. FYI…. There was zero spice. Shameful on all counts. I spent $18 of hard earned money. I managed actual restaurants for 24 years, so I know what it’s like. Read the ticket, make the food, bag the food, bring the food to the customer. Shameful. Sadly this review will probably be disregarded; and I highly doubt management will do anything about it. Training is I’m referring to. Train, take pride in yourself and the job you perform. Good luck everyone."
