"I went to this Joe's Crabshack on Tuesday 5/2/23, I paid 80$ and got an nearly empty container of crablegs (Daddy's Crab Feast).There was eight crablegs NOT eight clusters, one corn on the cob and two tiny potatoes. If this is how this dish comes that's fine, I can not tell Joe's how to run their business, but when I saw it and wanted my money back, the server refused, then the manager or someone who professed to be the (Tinesha) refused to refund me my 80$ for eight crablegs. Tinesha gave me the headquarters numbers because she said Joe's Crabshack didn't do refunds (I'm sure that's a huge lie). I called the headquarters that next day but they were closed that day, so I called the next day. No one answered, I left a voicemail, I'm still waiting for a call back from headquarters and the crablegs are still in my refrigerator. That same-day I ended up going to another seafood place, got triple the amount of crablegs from them for half the price. I'm really disappointed in Joe's Crabshack because I've been eating and loving Joe's Crabshack since I was a small child. If this problem isn't resolved I will never visit another Joe's again."
