"It appears that this restaurant is in need of new management. Upon arrival, I observed a woman driving erratically in the drive-thru lane, experiencing car trouble. When it was my turn to order, the car ahead of me took a long time to move, and once it did, there was no one there to take my order. Despite calling out for assistance, no one responded. Frustrated, I left my car and went inside to address the issue with the staff, who seemed unaware of the situation in the drive-thru. I ordered a fish sandwich and a small diet coke, which seemed to be priced higher than usual. As I waited for my order, another customer came in looking for his hamburger and fries, which had been forgotten for 15 minutes. When my order finally arrived at my car, it was a fish sandwich combo that I did not want, explaining the higher price. While I could have returned to correct the mistake, I chose not to. Despite understanding that mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, the lack of attention to detail and customer service was disappointing. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon."
