"After 2 weeks of heat being only the sun's rays, we needed some heat-heat. En route from upstate NY to IN, we were delighted to find this unassuming little gem of spiciness. We ordered the duck tongue dish, dried fried pork intestines, and chicken feet. My fiance loved the duck tongue. It was an acquired taste for me. The chicken feet was cooked beautifully, but I wasn't too thrill about the sauce on them. The intestines? Perfect. Delicious. One of the best intestine dishes"

"I have always been a BBQ enthusiast. So when I discovered there was one near my daughters' college I just had to try it out. First things first. Plenty of parking space. I was there when it opened which is around 12 pm and there was a line already!! We waited for approximately 5-6 minutes before we were seated. One thing I should stress is the never-ending butter buns. I think I ate 6 of the before starting on the entree. Now as for the entree I had the full rack of ribs. I particularly love the burnt ends. It was good but I suspect the steaks are better. Will definitely try that the next time. Overall it was a good experience. "I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Behind us sat a very talkative man with his wife. The wait staff, whether or not waiting this table, would stop time to time to talk to him. As they were leaving they stopped at our table the gentleman continued his story he was having at his table. As he was telling me his story his wife whispered to my wife that he had Alzheimer 's, my dad died from Alzheimer 's so I know what she was, and will, be going through. These folks are daily customers at the restaurant. Lone story short the whole staff does an exceptional job making everyone feel welcome! Totally forgot to mention the outstanding meal we received!"

"Fries were hours old. Burger was pretty bland and soggy. I only live like 10 min away from chilis so I dont see why my food wouldnt get to my place hot and fresh. Anyway, I know next time im going to just go pick it up. So if my food stinks I dont almost 30 dollars for a 12 dollar meal. Just Going to order a burger and fries at the local bar. The commercialized places look at us as product rather the local people we help them survive in the community. Lessened learned. But honestly I just need to cook at home. lol. Goodnight."

"We had our first experience with Blaze and I was pleasantly surprised by the product. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the process to new people. The concept is makes to order personal thin crust pizza made fresh with a fast-food timeline. There were plentiful and fresh ingredients to choose from from which to make your own creation or order one off the menu. The pizzas are about 10’ in diameter and can easily be eaten by 1 or 2 people with no problem. Drinks and sides (salad, breadsticks, etc are an additional fee. The pizza is wood fired and delicious. The restaurant is clean and organized well."

Not only was the food delicious and the prices were on site, but our toddler ate almost his whole meal, which basically does not belong. "First of all, my order took over an hour to arrive, even though it was ready for pick-up just 10 minutes after I placed it (I live about 10-15 minutes away from the restaurant). When it finally "arrived," I saw the delivery car pulling away, so I rushed outside to collect my order, but there was nothing there. I ended up wasting a lot of time and money, and I genuinely believe that the delivery driver took my food. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using DoorDash again. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would."

"Usually the food is really great here, tonight was a disappointment. Ordered chicken fingers- got burnt 5 oz chicken filet cut in half. Wings over cooked and no dipping sauce (asked for ranch instead of bc), thought maybe they got confused as we didn’t need the sauce for the fingers but still got a bag of celery soaked in wing sauce along with my seat that now is covered in wing sauce as the container leaked all over. We normally love the pizza it was a bit undercooked but not horrible tonight. Over $50 for barley edible food."
