"I would give this restaurant a negative zero rating if possible, but unfortunately that's not an option. I regret not checking the reviews before dining here, as I can see now why people would avoid this place. Having dined at many establishments across various states, I can confidently say that this has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered. Upon entering, my party of three was asked to choose a table, which we soon realized was dirty. The table top and napkin holders were covered in years of grease and sticky residue. We waited for 10 minutes before my brother went to ask for menus, and another 10 minutes passed before I had to approach the bar to request a waitress. Our order took 40 minutes to arrive, and when it did, our food was cold. We sent it back. When settling the bill, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cold food and long wait times to the bartender, who summoned the owner. The owner dismissed our complaints, claiming we were just being difficult. I reiterated that all we wanted was decent service and a hot meal, but received no apology or resolution. The owner was rude and dismissive, and I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience."
