"VERY ALLERGY FRIENDLY My server was Erica (who I believe is the owner), and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have extensive food allergies, and she knew what dishes were safe and which weren't. She also knew to ask the kitchen to avoid cross contamination, which I usually have to explain and specifically request. I have asthma, and nothing in the restaurant gave me breathing issues. I've had the French toast, pancakes, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, and home fries from here and it was all excellent. I don't normally like anyone's French toast or pancakes besides mine or my mom's, but these were delicious. The over medium eggs were cooked perfectly, with runny yolks and completely done whites. Erica said the cook is the egg whisperer, and she was right. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned and cooked. There were no brittle under-cooked potatoes. The bacon was thick and perfectly golden, and the sausage links were perfectly browned and had great flavor. I picked up the cheese toast with tomatoes and bacon today. I haven't eaten it yet but I know I'm going to love it. I highly recommend the Noshery, for tasty food and for a place that takes food allergies seriously. It was really nice not having to convince someone to take my medical concerns seriously. Thank you, Erica!"
