"My usual sushi sashimi lunch. Delicious as always. Total love. But hubby ordered shrimp empura. I think speed should be easy and puffy. I'm sorry, but it wasn't as good as before. The dough was too thick and shrimps were boiled. But again sushi/sashimi scrumptious"

"Ordered a steak sandwich with cheese and got an extremely unappetizing piece of grey meat that had an off flavor and no discernible seasoning. See attached photo. Also had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the pick up time provided. Employee apologized for the wait, but it’s a red flag that they’re unable to cook a steak properly (it looks and tastes boiled! and use a quality of meat that I wouldn’t feed my dog. Will not be returning. Service: Take out"
