"I am disappointed to see a woman's business being used as a political battleground, but that's a whole other issue. I am not a fan of the trend where people either give 1-star or 5-star ratings, with no in between. However, I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because it is the closest thing to NYC pizza in New Paltz. Having lived in NYC for 12 years, I really miss the pizza there, and this place brings me back to those memories. Although I don't order takeout often, every time I do, I feel like it's a worthwhile splurge. In my opinion, this place serves the best pizza, cannolis, and homemade soup in town. There is a national controversy over a mural on the business, but I want to focus on reviewing this local pizza shop. My only regret tonight is that I only got one cannoli."
