"A few years ago, I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Romana North and was blown away by the food and service. Today, I finally had the chance to try the Trattoria Romana South location in Wakefield, and I'm happy to report that it was equally impressive. The atmosphere at Trattoria Romana South is warm and inviting, with a cozy dining room and romantic lighting. Our server, Jeremy, was attentive and knowledgeable, and he made our dining experience even more enjoyable. To start, we ordered the mussels appetizer special, which was absolutely delicious. The mussels were cooked perfectly and the broth was flavorful and savory. For our main courses, my wife ordered the eggplant Parmesan and I chose the rigatoni al forno. The eggplant Parmesan was massive and perfectly cooked, with a crispy breading and a gooey, melted cheese topping. The rigatoni al forno was also excellent, with perfectly al dente pasta, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and homemade meatballs that melted in my mouth. Overall, our dining experience at Trattoria Romana South was exceptional. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was romantic and inviting. We cannot wait to go back soon!"
