They are specialized in authentic German cuisine and have special seasonal meals that are typical: asparagus (white asparagus) in asparagus season, mushroom (musrooms) in fungal season, soup roasts, scavengers, sour roasts, etc. When the Mark passed to Conversion, the Raabs did not change their prices from 1 Mark to 1 Euro as other restaurants.
