"My family had a lovely birthday party for me last night. We were in the room upstairs. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. The servers could not have been friendlier. We were never rushed and ended up there for 4 hours. Great ambiance and I cannot wait to come back for dinner. Thank you, Francesco's!!!!!"

"First of all you don 't come here to chat with the staff. Their English is difficult to understand and they are usually too busy to smile. This is a family owned/run restaurant and they specialize in the high quality food and not socialization. I have been coming here for 7 years and the food is always top notch. Very fresh and delicious!! If you can get past the not being greeted with a hello and a smile, IT IS A MUST TRY!!! This is the only Japanese restaurant in town and you will not be disappointed in the food."

"I called three times to place a takeout order (around 11 a.m) because it normally takes 15 minutes to get a bagels. No answer. None. So I decide to go in and order a bagel despite no answer. Four people working behind the counter. Two customers in the cafe.. Why wasn't my call answered. No hello or greeting when I walked in. Waited for a couple minutes with NO service. Pitiful. Everytime I go in the staff are unfriendly. I will say the bagels are delicious but customer service is 75% of a restaurant experience and yall are not delivering. Do better. Taking my business to Starbucks where customer service is always amazing and my money is valued."

"I'm a almost deaf veteran! Very hard to hear in the drive thru! Especially if there using mask's, which don't bother me! The kid at the window got upset and got his manager because he thought I was being rude because he was wearing a mask and I swear I simply couldn't hear him! "Unable to try their brews due to my medication. I can say the bratz hit the spot. Really good hummus (although I felt the ratio was a bit off for the amount crackers that came with it. I would suggest to them that they give a slightly larger portion of hummus) They had a street taco truck on site that has amazing asada tacos. I don't know how often that is there. Good food. Friendly service. Casual atmosphere. Hopefully, someone could give better feedback on the beer."

"It's just me and my 3yr old son while his mom is at work with the only vehicle that we can transport him in. We're starving and she has to work late. These guys made my night by delivering to me and my son 15 miles out of their delivery zone. They have always made me feel like they are here for the community and this just goes to show how dedicated they are to keeping and making customers happy."

"We were in town for the Great Divide Ultra, and this place was right next to our package pickup. We decided to try it, and certainly glad that we. Great little town Vibe, it is obviously the locals love and support this place. Service was A. Food was hot, large portions and delicious. The absolute best was her special “Judges Sauce”. I would describe as a mixture of a hickory smoked Marinara/Barbecue sauce... delicious! My wife had her famous judge Burger and loved it. I had a grilled chicken with baked potato. Both meals were great. Would come back."

"This Italian restaurant is fantastic. The dishes are consistently fresh and delicious. I honestly can't choose a favorite dish because they are all excellent. I especially enjoy the Linguine with white mussels, it's amazing. My family and I dine here at least three to four times a month. "Great pizza. We stayed several times at AJ's and always enjoyed their delicious pizzas. The white pizza is my husband's favorite, while I like it with the Paprikas, thin crust. Very fresh ingredients and 100% mozzarella. Yes, they worked out the bends not to be busy enough, but to give them a break, they were not open very long. I am grateful that we have a nice pizzeria to go here in Woodland Park!"

"Rude service and rude owner, would not let my out state friend in and we all came in a big group of people. The owner spoke with the out of state friend and didn’t give her a chance to explain. She was visiting from nyu and she was excited to be with me and her new jersey friends and got kicked out for being out of state. You think that the owners would be more understanding for one our of state new comer who was only VISITING. I cant go back somewhere that is so rude and harsh and is described as nice and welcoming which was not what we experienced. I really these owners learn from this that this will get them no where and push away business and destroy the relationship between customer and employer."

"My wife and I have eaten inside and out at this restaurant. Our last visit was a take-out. My wife got Almond Chicken. At the end of her meal was a MOLDED Water Chestnut on both sides. You never know what you're going to get as far as quantity of food or what. Getting the MOLDED water chestnut is the last straw. Being it was swimming in the meal no telling what it spread to and we hope she doesn't get sick. Your choice, but we are staying clear! Never again will we go back"

"Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Meat in beef tacos and beef enchiladas was fresh tasting, and not "soggy.' Chicken in chicken enchiladas was a little soggy in taste and texture, but most Mexican restaurants I have eaten in the area, including denver, serve similar, inexorable chicken. We have eaten several times in this restaurant and will definitely do it again. The green chili sauce could benefit from additional spices, but I am a big fan of Luke Chiles, so I like my green Chile sauce on the spicy side."

"Walked in and was really not sure I wanted to eat there. It's very small, 4 tables I think. And the building is old run down looking. But they look like they keep it clean. The sodas are in cans. So no free refills. I got the fried noodle, kids got orange chicken and the hot pot, husband got kung pao. We all were very impressed with the food. It was hot off the stove, fresh veggies that weren't over cooked. The orange chicken was definitely hand battered to order in like other places that have the thick batter and frozen from a bag. The Kung pao was great and had the peanuts unlike some other places I've been to. This place is definitely worth going back to!"
