"I’m a huge Japanese food fan. I saw the reviews on Tokio so decided to see it for myself and honestly it didn’t live up to the hype. I’ve worked in the service industry for 6 years so I say this from that perspective. A staff member mimicked a customer talking and another poured a dog’s bowl of water into a plant next to an outdoor table. Some improvements need to be made."
